One of the classic 80's power ballads from Poison - Every Rose has its thorn. One of those tunes that just transports you to a different time!

This song was released in 1989 and was written by band members, Ted Nugent, Tommy Shaw & Jack Blades. This was Damn Yankees first single, a traditional guitar driven song which received heavy airplay on rock radio. The self titled debut album had several chart topping hits, was certified double platinum and this song reached #60 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. I've been a big Pearl Jam fan for a long time. This song, "I am mine", was on their Riot Act album. Was lucky enough to see them live very recently and they're still putting on an amazing show!
