Here I go again. Singing songs that are beyond my vocal skills 馃槀 Heard this for the first time, liked it & had to try it. Released in 2008, this R&B song also incorporates a heavy dance-pop element. It peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed in the top 10 for 35 weeks, It was certified double platinum, selling 3 million downloads. Reached #3 on the Adult Contemporary, #4 on Mainstream Top 40 and was her 2nd single to top the Dance Club Songs. Well....it doesn't look like your boy SmokyT can hit those high notes like Smokey Robinson, but it was a fun one to try!

I'm a huge fan of Otis Redding, and for me it doesn't get much better than his voice. He was one of those artists gone way too soon. I feel like we'd know 30+ more hits from him, if he'd just had more time.

Well, I went down the rabbit hole in search of an R&B song to sing and came up with this little gem. Released in 1970 it was allegedly the fastest selling single for Warner Bros. at that time. It peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. The group never had another hit leaving them one hit wonders. The lead singer did go on to found the rock group, Survivor. I think most of us have noticed the Karaoke version of a song can be different from the original. This one is very different to at the end of the song. It's so different I could only guess how to do it. The backgound vocals make it sound way different but this is a great song so had to try. It was released in 1995 and despite it being R&B/Soul it reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Charts. Don't forget to like, comment & subscribe for your Buzz Points. WARNING: Do not listen to this song unless you want to be humming it all day. This song was released in 2014 at a time when I was doing a lot of highway driving and the radios really overplayed it. How I found it on Bee Mee, I don't know, but couldn't stop playing it in my head. So here it is. This song is classified in about 5 different genres appearing on 36 charts and has won so many awards including being #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 that I wont have enough room to mention everything. Definitely think I should be rewarded with a like, comment and a subscribe as it will be in my head all day now (sorry if you listened and are in the same boat). The Buzz points are just an extra perk. 馃槑

There is a very special virtual gift for everyone who has liked and commented on my videos. SO MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN UNTIL THE END. I haven't sang much R&B and wanted to try a song but I may have pushed my limits too far. Naturally, I went back to the 80's and did a song I absolutely loved. Super Freak by Rick James (RIP). Rolling Stone Magazine included it in it's list of the 500 Greatest Hits of All Time. Hope I don't ruin the song for anyone and thanks again to everyone who liked my videos. Don't forget to Subscribe....who knows what treat I come up with next. 馃槑
