Canadian band, Loverboy, released this song in 1981 and it has been used in so many movies, shows and commercials I would have to write a short novel. It reached #29 on the Billboard Hot 100, #2 on Rock Top Tracks, #215 of the Top 500 Classic Rock Songs of all time. and ranked #100 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of The Eighties. And who could forget that iconic album cover lol? Like, comment & subscribe for those Buzz Points & feel free to share any of my videos and let's grow the Bee Mee community. 馃槑

A classic song, originally from Fleetwood Mac, and ultimately covered by Dixie Chicks and Smashing Pumpkins. I found this Dixie Chicks version on BeeMee and wanted to give it a shot. Really cool harmonies in this one!

This is a great old tune from Eddie Rabbit. Part way through, I realized I didn't really know all the verse words, and it got away from me a bit. But it's a fun one, and I gave it my best shot :)

Had no idea Joan Jett did a cover of this AC/DC song or how high her songs rank in the classic rock charts. This song has been covered by many groups and Joan Jett released her version in 1990. It was released as a single and charted internationally. It reached #36 on the Billboard Hot 100, #23 on the Mainstream Rock chart and #42 on the Cash Box Top 100. Kind of a short version of the original song. This song was released in 1968 as the lead single for the album "The Second". Peaking at #3 in the US charts for 16 weeks it was the longest for any Steppenwolf song. It was #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, #2 on the Cash Box Top 100, #1 on the RPM Top Singles and was an international hit. Make sure you like, comment &subscribe for your Buzz Points. My entry for the Song Contest. Looking for the "participation ribbon"-everyone wins. What genre is this song? It is stated as a Ballad, Traditional Pop, Soft Rock, blend of country/soul/folk/jazz with a R&B hook and it's also a Classic. It has made so many charts and is in multiple halls of fame and greatest of all time lists it blows my mind. To me that says "other" as a single category is too confining lol but I'll let you, the listener, decide. Leave a comment and tell me what category you think. Not an easy song to sing but love the classic rock music so I sang it anyway. I believe @Tappet2 was the first to sing it on Bee Mee.There are several versions of this song, going as far back as 1933 (maybe earlier) when it was used as a work song but it is most associated with Ram Jam. Released by them in 1979, it was a hit in several countries and used in many movie and TV shows including "Family Guy". Like, comment & subscribe for your Buzz Points.
