@Ghstryder first sang this and it inspired me to try it. Not the best choice for today's warm up song lol. First released by The Tokens in 1961 (Neil Sedaka was a band member) it was their most succesful song, reaching #1 on the Billboard 100 Most people recognize it from the movie, "The Lion King" in 2019, and has been re-recorded by several artists.
