In fact it was released in 1966 by Blues/Soul/R&B group, The Spencer Davis group which was in top 10 charts in several countries & was #18 on Billboard 100. Rolling Stone put in it's of the 500 Greatest Songs. It has been covered by a multitude of other artists including Olivia Newton John. Ha ha ha. They were pretty good for a couple of SNL cast members. Although, I think Dan Akyroyd had some band expereince. : )
