It was first used in a French Coca Cola Christmas TV ad in 2004 & was officially released in 2005 when the CEO of Warner Bros. Records heard a demo and offered Powter a contract. The song charted in the top 5 in over 10 countries and in the top 10 in over 30 charts worldwide. It was the most played song on European radio, #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Pop 100, Adult Top 40, Adult Contemporary charts & was certified 3X Platinum. It was the first song ever to sell 2 million digital copies in the US and was the Billboard most popular song of 2006.
