Candy Cane Lane Karaoke Participation Program

The Candy Cane Lane Karaoke Participation Program is open to anyone who has a registered and active BEE MEE account, and must adhere to the following to qualify:

• Perform a karaoke version of Candy Cane Lane on the BEE MEE web or mobile site, using their BEE MEE Avatar.
• Post the completed video publicly to their BEE MEE account with the hashtag #Candycanelane 
• Share the video by clicking and completing the share function on BEE MEE and / or downloads and share the video on the following social media sites TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X, adding the hashtag #Candycanelane.  The Participation Program is not sponsored or endorsed by any of these sites.
• Adhere to BEE MEE’s Terms of Use https://beemee.buzz/site-pages/terms_and_conditions  and Privacy Policy, https://beemee.buzz/site-pages/privacy and all terms of use of any site where they have posted their video.
• The participant can only participate if not prohibited by age or jurisdiction. Participants must be at least 13 years of age, or over the legal age of online consent in their jurisdiction. Participants under the age of 18 or the age legally considered an adult in their jurisdiction and over the age of online consent must have their parent or guardian’s permission.
• All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply in the United States of America, and in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.  Void where prohibited.
• All participants agree that judges' decisions are final.

Participation is available, based on adherence to the above, beginning at 8 am Eastern Time (GMT -5), on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (GMT -5) on Friday, December 20, 2024.  Time stamps of posting on BEE MEE will be the definitive time used to determine active participation.  These are the only times when participation in the program is available.

Participants may submit more than one qualified video, however, at minimum, Avatars must display different outfits to qualify.

There is no purchase necessary to participate and no fees will apply. Prizes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Participants are not required to like or follow any content, or users, on any 3rd party sites.

Items to be awarded:

Three (3) personalized social media holiday season greeting videos from Jordin Sparks lasting a maximum of 20 seconds.

Twelve (12) Jordin Sparks autographed merchandise as available.

One (1) opportunity to participate in a virtual duet singing Candy Cane Lane with Jordin Sparks.  Selected participant must be available based on Jordin’s schedule and will be required to sign a release.

Qualified and selected participants who receive a personal social holiday greeting, or an opportunity to participate in a virtual duet, and / or any other items (“item”) will be chosen by judges, with one or more being a director of Bee Mee, Inc. and / or Jordin Sparks and / or her management team.  Participants selected will be based on a judges personal view of video presentation, enthusiasm, and quality of performance.  Final allocation of all items will be determined through a consensus process that includes all available judges. In order to participate, all participants must understand and agree that the selection process may be subjective and that all decisions are final.

Odds of being selected to receive a personalized social media post, participate in an online virtual duet, or any other item, will be based on the number of performances of Candy Cane Lane that adhere to these rules and regulations .

Participants selected to receive an item will be contacted beginning December 21, 2024 through internal notification within the BEE MEE website and / or through social media, if available.  All selected participants will have until 11:59 pm Eastern Time (GMT-5) on December 27, 2024 to acknowledge their acceptance and arrange delivery.  Failure to contact BEE MEE with your acceptance will result in forfeiture of any items.

Delivery of items to select participants:

• Any personalized social media greetings will be in video format delivered to the social media account connected to the selected video OR to an email provided by the selected participant through the Contact Us form on BEE MEE’s website as listed below.

• Any autographed merchandise will be sent by USPS, UPS or Fedex to an address provided by the selected participant through the Contact Us form on BEE MEE’s website as listed below.  Any applicable duties and taxes due with the delivery of autograph merchandise will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• Any virtual duet will be delivered through a recorded Zoom call based on a pre-arranged date and time, based on Jordin’s availability.  Selected participant(s) will be required to provide their contact information including their name, phone number, and email through the Contact Us form on BEE MEE’s website as listed below.
