Great old Bruce Springsteen tune. Not sure if you can hear the train rolling in the background, but I thought it added a little something to this one :)
Good ol country song by Alan Jackson.
Just a good ol' southern rock / country tune by Marshall Tucker Band
Here's my take on CCR version of Proud Mary. I went low with it :) I'm sure somebody on here has that awesome higher range that John Fogerty can hit! Really looking forward to hearing some people give the Tina Turner version a go! Cheers

Maybe, you're goona be the one who saves me...
This "power ballad" was released by 3 Doors Down in 2003 and it reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was in the top ten charts all over the world and was certified double platinum in the USA for selling over 2 million copies. I just think it is a great song by a great band. This was a fun song from back in the early 90's by Sawyer Brown, who in my opinion is a very underrated country band from that era. I've always liked their tunes!
One of the classic sad country songs by George Jones.
A beautiful Elton John song I've always enjoyed
OMG this is hands down one of the MOST FUN songs I have ever sang. Never heard this song before, practiced it a few times and this was the first take. I NEED YOUR HELP as I can't decide if I should try again. It was absolutely insane changing dances, working the cameras and singing this for the first time that I'm thinking it won't get much better than this. PLEASE let me know if I should try again by leaving me a comment, good or bad. This song was released in 2009 and became Dierks seventh #1 hit on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. Really can't believe I have never heard this song until now. Again, PLEASE like, subscribe and leave me a comment whether or not I should take another go at it. π
Good old fun loving tune by Mel McDaniel.

Hard/Rock, Glam Metal band Poison released this song in 1988. It reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #19 on the Mainstream rock charts. It is regarded as one of Poison's best songs and in 2017 Billboard ranked the song #9 and OC Weekly at #4. Steve Huey of Altmusic stated that this was Poison's most recognized song and solidified them as hair metal's top party band. Grew up listening to the Brooks & Dunn Greatest Hits album, and this tune was always one of my favs!

For a simple song I had a tough time adjusting things so that you could hear the background comments. I also have never had to adjust the sync this much so my apologies if the vocals are too loud. I guess in a 10,000 song library you are going to find a few that pose some challenges. This song, released in 1993, peaked at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and is also ranked as one of the top 500 pop songs of all time. No surprise that it was in the top 10 on charts all over the world. So, we were challenged to have a little contest to sing Proud Mary before Thursday's AMA. We had a choice of doing the CCR or Ike & Tina Turner version. Well, for me, I considered a third version......the Skee Version. Did this for fun so have fun as I could only do one take and destroyed my vocal chords so no re-do's. I was originally going to make this video private, however, others seemed to have liked it so I will leave it public. Thanks to everyone who enjoyed it and wanted me to leave it up. π

Written by Billy Joe Shaver, and performed by Waylon Jennings, this is one of those true classic outlaw country songs
