Heard the Nickelback cover during one of the playoff hockey games and was glad it was in the song library. So this is an Elton John/Nickelback hybrid lol. Elton John released this song in 1973 & Nickelback released their cover (with Dimebag Darell & Kidd Rock) in 2003. Elton Jon & Nickelback have both had unbelievable careers so check them out if you want more info. The song just abruptly ends for some reason. Thinking bout the good times and the Glory Days with this classic Bruce Springsteen song.
This song was released in 1988, the band's signature song, it is also their only song to reach #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.It was in top 10 charts around the world, was #34 on VH1's 100 greatest songs & greatest love songs of the 80's. It was also in the top 10 on MTV & VH1. Feel free to share this or any of my videos. Let's make Bee Mee a worldwide platform for karaoke singers. Singing for fun
Not necessarily a simple song by Simple Minds which was their biggest hit and it reached Number 1 in North America. Sure is a lot of "La La La La's" at the end lol. Was also used in an iconic 80's movie, "The Breakfast Club". Which character were you? Coincidently this song came out the year I graduated and I had moved from an Anthony Michael Hall to a cross between Emelio Estevez and Judd Hirsch. Give a big thumbs up for a great song.
Went a little crazy and did 7 songs today. Sorry for torturing everyone but I was having too much. I'm done for the night. Have time booked in the studio for tomorrow to start my Christmas Album. 😎
