I remember listening to this song when riding with my parents in the "Family Sport Truckster" Station Wagon. This is a short, fast and difficult song which was the title track for a George Jones (RIP) album released in 1964. It quickly went to number 3 on the Billboard Country Chart and 96th on the Pop Charts. Make sure you like, comment and subscribe for your Buzz Points. Alan Jackson song released in 1996 and reached the top of the Billboard Country music charts becoming his fourteenth #1 on that chart. It also hit #58 on the Billboard Hot 100 making it a crossover hit. Definitely is a fun song to sing. If your an Alan Jackson fan then hit like, subscribe and leave a comment. Oh yeah, you will get some Buzz Points too. ๐
Joe Diffie initially released 5 songs from this album of the same name as this song in 1994. All 5 made the Billboard Hot Country chart. This song & one other charted #1 with another charting #2. The other 2 were in the top 40. Go Joe! Likes, comments and subscribing would be greatly appreciated. ๐
This is one of those classic songs that gives you all the feels. As I was reading through the lyrics and trying to sing it, it was tough to get through without shedding a tear. It's one of those songs that has meant a lot to my family over the years, and I hope it makes you feel something too.
Good old California Country song by Dwight Yoakam / Buck Owens. Fun tune!
I've always loved this classic country tune. This is Waylon's version but I believe it was originally written and performed by Don Williams.
Dwight Yoakam released this song in 1993 reaching #70 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was in the top 10 on several other charts. He had 12 gold records-9 platinum and did 20+ albums. Dwight was known for his tight jeans and signature dance moves. Thank God for avatars lol. ๐
I like most types of music and in the nineties country music had began changing quite a bit so I found myself watching CMT a lot (Country Music Television). Mark Chestnut released this song in 1992 and it peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot Country chart. This a definitely a fun song to sing and listen to. This may be a re-do down the road but it's all I got for now. Song is by The Charlie Daniels band and I actually did see him perform at one of those outdoor weekend concerts with several other groups. You know the ones....out in some farmer's field, bring a tent, more booze than what you could ever drink in two days and maybe a bit of food. โฃReleased in 1979 this song was the band's biggest hit, reaching No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Let's have a thumbs up and a subscribe as this song is super fast and super hard (for me) ๐
time 2 sing hope u guy like it
This good ol' Toby Keith song was my jam like 20 years ago :) But I'm not sure I've really listened to it in the past 10 years, so I got a little off track at the end of the song. Still had fun though! :)
Heartfelt country song from Montgomery Gentry
Hard to find your own voice and not just try to imitate the original artist! I feel like I waivered back and forth, lol! Fun song to sing, but I wish I had a group of friends all singing it with me!
My first attempt recording using BT Headphones (one ear on and one off to try to better hear what I'm singing). I selected the button that says I'm using headphones. I'll have to give this a few more tries as my timing was a bit off. Great tune though :)
Good ol Waylon tune!
Love this old tune by Waylon and Willie. Good times!
Good ol' Kenny Rogers country tune. Realized after the fact that I may have had my laptop camera covered while recording this one. So it doesn't look like there's any lips moving :) LOL!
Cool country song by Dierks Bentley. Recorded via laptop camera with no mic.
Please Mr Postman is the debut single of the Marvelettes for the Tamla lable, notable as the first Motown song to reach the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart.
My first BeeMee, still figuring it out
โฃDuet by Willie Nelson and Julio Iglesias. Not sure I did either of them any justice but definitely a little more Willie Nelson and certainly nowhere close to Julio. Don't forget to get your Buzz points for a thumbs up like and subscribe.
Before my first cup of coffee was done today. Most of all my friends are on the AIM Discord so cheers y'all.
Just for reference - Recorded on laptop with no mic or headphones.
Some good ol Waylon Jennings. This one was just done on the laptop without any mic or headphones. Felt like I was singing it in time but on the playback and final rendered product there is a bit of lag and slight echoing of the music...maybe because the recording was picking up the music and my vocals at the same time. But it sure is a fun song to sing :)
Good old Willie Nelson song. Just testing out this cool new program through laptop camera
