"What a Wonderful World" is a song written by Bob Thiele (as "George Douglas") and George David Weiss. It was first recorded by Louis Armstrongand released in 1967 as a single. In April 1968, it topped the pop chart in the United Kingdom,[3] but performed poorly in the United States because Larry Newton, the president of ABC Records, disliked the song and refused to promote it.

Released in 2002, this power ballad by Creed is about reflecting on past mistakes and seeking comfort from friends who want to help. Lead vocalist, Scott Stapp also said it fit exactly where he personally was at in both mind & spirit and it was their biggest hit. It reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 becoming their 4th top 10 hit. It reached #5 on the Mainstream Rock chart & Billboard Hot 100 Airplay charts, #4 on the Mainstream Top 40 & #2 on the Adult Top 40 chart. It also had the most views on YouTube out of all their songs. Canadian singer/songwriter, Daniel Powter, first recorded this song in 2002 but was unable to find a label to release it. It was first used in a French Coca Cola Christmas TV ad in 2004 & was officially released in 2005 when the CEO of Warner Bros. Records heard a demo and offered Powter a contract. The song charted in the top 5 in over 10 countries and in the top 10 in over 30 charts worldwide. It was the most played song on European radio, #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Pop 100, Adult Top 40, Adult Contemporary charts & was certified 3X Platinum. It was the first song ever to sell 2 million digital copies in the US and was the Billboard most popular song of 2006. First recorded by singer Brandy, this song was released in 2000 on Mark Wills' third album "Permanently" and was one of three singles from that album that made the Billboard Hot Country chart. The album was certified gold and reached #3 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart with this song peaking at #19. It was also #23 on the Billboard 200.In his teenage years he played in garage bands but after winning a country talent contest at age 17 he was discovered in Nashville. This resulted in a very successful career in country music. Like, comment & subscribe for your Buzz Points & feel free to share any of my videos so we get more people having fun on Bee Mee.

Lot's to say about this song. The lyrics are a bit outdated & Bee Mee is venturing in to new frontiers so I changed a line in the song. Also, there are long music interludes so I added some extra sound effects. I don't remember the song having a Jamaican reggae/rap portion either...I did my best lol. Released on the band's debut album in 1988, it reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making the group the only British artist to have a #1 hit in the US while never charting in the UK. The song was a reflection of living in the 80's with yuppies getting rich quick, fear of the Cold War & AIDS. The "Ronnie" in the song was a reference to Ronald Reagan. The video was banned from British Television & The Florida Sun Sentinel claimed it was due to sexism but the band said that it was "designed to make fun of the overly sexist promo videos of the era". Nobody panic! I'm not having a stroke in this video. I raised my set up so I can stand and sing and I guess I was grooving a little too fast lol. English-Canadian singer, Nick Gilder, released this song in 1978. It went #1 in Canada & the US Billboard Hot 100 taking a record 21 weeks to reach the top. He had also had a previous #1 with "Roxy Roller" as the lead singer of "Sweeney Todd". He won 2 Juno Awards, a Peoples Choice Award & this song went Platinum. A classic and sweet tune from James Taylor, written by the great Carole King.

Knockin' the dust off the old vocals on "Red Dirt Road" by Brooks & Dunn. Realized half way through I didn't know some of the song as well as I'd hoped, but it's a song I used to enjoy when it came on the radio. Hope you enjoy it too!

I always thought "Anymore" was a pretty song. His greatest hits CD used to get a lot of spins in my old pickup truck :)

This Indie, Pop-rock song was released in 1999 and was a hit follow-up to the band's international hit "All Star" (which I have also sang). It peaked at #11 on the US Billboard 100, #2 on both the US Adult Pop Airplay chart & Canada Top Singles charts, #3 on the US Adult Top 40 Year End chart, #12 on US Adult Alternative chart and #5 on the US Pop Airplay chart. It definitely is a fun, upbeat song to listen to. Make sure you like, comment & subscribe for those valuable Buzz Points. I've done a few 3 Doors Down songs...I think this was the hardest (so far). It was released in 2002 and peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 & claiming the 5th spot for the year end chart. It also spent 17 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks becoming one of the longest running #1 songs on that chart. It came close to reaching #1 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks but peaked at #2. It also charted in the top 5 of several other charts. This song seems to suit the current state the world is in now as it's about celebrity on a political level. It was released in 1988 and regularly makes "100 Greatest Songs Ever Written" lists. The group won Grammy Awards for Best Hard Rock song and the MTV Video won awards for Best Group & Best New Artist. The band is also unique in that all of its members were black in a Hard Rock genre that was dominated by white musicians. The song was a huge success and the story behind it is fascinating so check it out for yourself.
