Released in 1991, It peaked at #2 on the UK Singles chart for six weeks, hit #1 on charts around the world and was #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Billboard Magazine ranked it among the 500 best pop songs of all time. It's crazy how many awards it was nominated for & how high it reached on all sorts of different music charts. @Ghstryder first sang this and it inspired me to try it. Not the best choice for today's warm up song lol. First released by The Tokens in 1961 (Neil Sedaka was a band member) it was their most succesful song, reaching #1 on the Billboard 100 Most people recognize it from the movie, "The Lion King" in 2019, and has been re-recorded by several artists. You Oughta Know" is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette, released as the lead single from her third studio album, Jagged Little Pill (1995). Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know" may be considered one of most heated break-up songs of all time, but there's no bad blood between the writer and its long-rumored subject, Dave Coulier.Morissette, for her part, Alanis Morissete has been tight-lipped about the song's inspiration, saying on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in 2019, that there would be "no revealing" just who broke her heart." This was ment to be my practice & I went off memory, another "one shot" Karaoke! Please Subscribe, Like and Comment for those Buzz points!🐝🐝🐝🙌🏼

Alrighty then...this was tough and I seem to be having trouble adjusting my volumes so please let me know (be honest). Would rather re-do it now & not later. Released in 2003, it was the 8th #1 hit on the Modern Rock Tracks chart for the Chilli Peppers and stayed there for 3 weeks. It also ranked #57 on the Billboard Hot 100 and did well on other charts around the world. Not an easy song to sing but love the classic rock music so I sang it anyway. I believe @Tappet2 was the first to sing it on Bee Mee.There are several versions of this song, going as far back as 1933 (maybe earlier) when it was used as a work song but it is most associated with Ram Jam. Released by them in 1979, it was a hit in several countries and used in many movie and TV shows including "Family Guy". Like, comment & subscribe for your Buzz Points. Mick Jagger contributed uncredited backing vocals for the song. When asked how this collaboration occurred, Simon said:
He happened to call at the studio. … I said "We're doing some backup vocals on a song of mine, why don't you come down and sing with us?"

For six weeks, the track topped the Canadian RPM 100 Hit Tracks chart, eventually becoming the second-most-successful song of the year in the country. It also reached the top five in Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. In the United States, the song reached number four on April 13, 1996, and since then it has been her highest-charting single on the Billboard Hot 100.
