I haven't sang much R&B and wanted to try a song but I may have pushed my limits too far. Naturally, I went back to the 80's and did a song I absolutely loved. Super Freak by Rick James (RIP). Rolling Stone Magazine included it in it's list of the 500 Greatest Hits of All Time. Hope I don't ruin the song for anyone and thanks again to everyone who liked my videos. Good ol' Kenny Rogers country tune. Realized after the fact that I may have had my laptop camera covered while recording this one. So it doesn't look like there's any lips moving :) LOL!

I really liked the Beach Boys when I was younger (long before this song) and would ride my bike to the Library where you could get headsets and they would play whatever record you wanted to listen to. I eventually also really liked windsurfing and would go whenever I could. This song came out in 1988, ⁣24 years after their first No. 1. The Beach Boys scored, what is to date, their last U.S. No. 1. The song, “Kokomo,” which was used in the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail.

It really has been a hard night but definitly worth it. I hope

Some good ol Waylon Jennings. This one was just done on the laptop without any mic or headphones. Felt like I was singing it in time but on the playback and final rendered product there is a bit of lag and slight echoing of the music...maybe because the recording was picking up the music and my vocals at the same time. But it sure is a fun song to sing :)
