"What a Wonderful World" is a song written by Bob Thiele (as "George Douglas") and George David Weiss. It was first recorded by Louis Armstrongand released in 1967 as a single. In April 1968, it topped the pop chart in the United Kingdom,[3] but performed poorly in the United States because Larry Newton, the president of ABC Records, disliked the song and refused to promote it.
"At Seventeen" is a song by American singer-songwriter Janis Ianfrom her seventh studio album Between the Lines. Columbia released it in July 1975 as the album's second single. Ian wrote the lyrics on the basis of a New York Times article and used a samba instrumental, and Brooks Arthur produced the final version. A pop and soft rock ballad, the song is about a social outcast in high school. Critics have regarded "At Seventeen" as a type of anthem. Despite her initial reluctance to perform the single live, Ian promoted it at various appearances and it has been included on compilation and live albums.
"Eleanor Rigby" is a song by the English rock band the Beatles from their 1966 album Revolver. It was also issued on a double A-side single, paired with "Yellow Submarine". Credited to the Lennon–McCartneysongwriting partnership, the song is one of only a few in which John Lennon and Paul McCartney later disputed primary authorship.[3]Eyewitness testimony from several independent sources, including George Martin and Pete Shotton, supports McCartney's claim to authorship.

Here is my version of the Beatles - "Let it Be" for the Bee Mee / StoryFire Karaoke Event contest. Currently on a little holiday, without much privacy to record this. So that is my daughter clapping and cheering in the background at the end, which put a big smile on my face ❤😊
sorry dont know much of this song but I enjoyed it.
So here is the second option for the current contest. Let's get more people participating. If I can do it....so can you!. I should have sung this song before "Hey Jude" as it is a lot easier on the vocal chords ha ha ha. Listen to the ending of "Hey Jude" and you will know what I mean. Sang this song to support the current contest. First of all, kind of difficult for someone whose voice is naturally deeper, to sing like Paul McCartney and secondly this song is actually harder than I thought so I could only practice so many times before my vocal cords were done for, so hopefully I have the volumes set ok. Make sure you listen to the very end of the song and you will understand ha ha ha. As usual, make sure you like, comment & subscribe for your very valuable Buzz Points and feel free to share any of my videos to inspire people that can actually sing to learn about this awesome Bee Mee platform.
I sing the Beatles song Let It Be.
Released by American Glam Metal band, Great White in 1987, this song was a big success and was certified Platinum. It was a cover of a 1975 song by Ian Hunter in which Guns N' Roses', Izzy Stradlin, had the idea for them to do the cover. While playing at The Station Nightclub in Rhode Island things turned tragic when their pyrotechnics started a fire and sadly 100 people were killed, including guitarist, Ty Longley. Their tour manager ended up doing jail time. In the aftermath, The Band tried doing benefit concerts which just made things worse as survivors & families asked the band not to mention it as it opened old wounds when they did. A sad ending for a great band. Like, comment & subscribe for your Buzz points and feel free to share any of my videos and help spread the word how fun the Bee Mee platform is.

Classic tune from Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR). Love hearing "Long as I can see the light" every time it comes on the radio or any playlist.
Good song from the early days of Matchbox Twenty. This one took a real "Push" from the old vocals to try to hit some of those notes. Gave it my best shot and hope you enjoy it!

My avatar, is in her gingerbread PJ's, singing Tennesse Whiskey with her charismatic confidence. She weaves through the soulful lyrics, effortlessly blending classic country with a touch of robotic coolness dancing and swaying to the rhythm, lost in the mesmerizing fusion of old-school heartache and high-tech pizzazz.
Just a good old Waylon Jennings country tune right here.
Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit in 1970
Released in November 1978. Written and composed by Richard Kerr.
I sink Stuck On You
I sing Yellow Submarine
This song seems to suit the current state the world is in now as it's about celebrity on a political level. It was released in 1988 and regularly makes "100 Greatest Songs Ever Written" lists. The group won Grammy Awards for Best Hard Rock song and the MTV Video won awards for Best Group & Best New Artist. The band is also unique in that all of its members were black in a Hard Rock genre that was dominated by white musicians. The song was a huge success and the story behind it is fascinating so check it out for yourself. I've done a few 3 Doors Down songs...I think this was the hardest (so far). It was released in 2002 and peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 & claiming the 5th spot for the year end chart. It also spent 17 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks becoming one of the longest running #1 songs on that chart. It came close to reaching #1 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks but peaked at #2. It also charted in the top 5 of several other charts. This Indie, Pop-rock song was released in 1999 and was a hit follow-up to the band's international hit "All Star" (which I have also sang). I always thought "Anymore" was a pretty song. His greatest hits CD used to get a lot of spins in my old pickup truck :)
Knockin' the dust off the old vocals on "Red Dirt Road" by Brooks & Dunn. Realized half way through I didn't know some of the song as well as I'd hoped, but it's a song I used to enjoy when it came on the radio. Hope you enjoy it too!
It's a sad boy day. But we love Adele! Check out my cover this week!
A classic and sweet tune from James Taylor, written by the great Carole King.
Nobody panic! I'm not having a stroke in this video. I raised my set up so I can stand and sing and I guess I was grooving a little too fast lol. English-Canadian singer, Nick Gilder, released this song in 1978. It went #1 in Canada & the US Billboard Hot 100 taking a record 21 weeks to reach the top. He had also had a previous #1 with "Roxy Roller" as the lead singer of "Sweeney Todd". He won 2 Juno Awards, a Peoples Choice Award & this song went Platinum. Lot's to say about this song. The lyrics are a bit outdated & Bee Mee is venturing in to new frontiers so I changed a line in the song. Also, there are long music interludes so I added some extra sound effects. I don't remember the song having a Jamaican reggae/rap portion either...I did my best lol. Released on the band's debut album in 1988, it reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making the group the only British artist to have a #1 hit in the US while never charting in the UK. The song was a reflection of living in the 80's with yuppies getting rich quick, fear of the Cold War & AIDS. The "Ronnie" in the song was a reference to Ronald Reagan. The video was banned from British Television & The Florida Sun Sentinel claimed it was due to sexism but the band said that it was "designed to make fun of the overly sexist promo videos of the era". Canadian singer/songwriter, Daniel Powter, first recorded this song in 2002 but was unable to find a label to release it. It was first used in a French Coca Cola Christmas TV ad in 2004 & was officially released in 2005 when the CEO of Warner Bros. Records heard a demo and offered Powter a contract. The sun is shining, and I just felt like singing something by The Beach Boys today.
Thought we should have an EDM category as I have done a few EDM songs & the other genres didn't seem quite right. Big thanks to EDM artist @Bell_Aire for making it happen. Practised this song on and off for weeks lol. Redfoo released this song in 2013. It debuted #1 on the Australian Singles Chart and went 4X Platinum. Redfoo is also part of the duo LMFAO. Song was written & produced by himself and has been used in Professional Wrestling, MTV Promos and more. Redfoo was also a judge for the 5th season of X Factor Australia.
