Bee Mee Privacy and Terms

To create your Bee Mee account, you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

When you use Bee Mee as a non-registered user or a registered user, we collect your IP address to determine your country of residence, so we are able to accurately report our performance rights obligations and licensing obligations.

When you create an account, we process your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including these key points:

Data that we collect when you use Bee Mee

• When you set up a Bee Mee account, we store information that you give us like your name, email address, gender and age;
• When you use the Bee Mee Services to do things like create videos, watch videos and comment on videos, we store the information you create;
• When you make a purchase from us or send a tip to a performer, we store the information you provide during the process, including your billing address, but we do not store any credit card or payment information;
• If you enter competitions, complete a survey, register or participate in any special events, enter a contest, participate in our promotions or accept any prizes from us, we store that information;
• When you search for videos, other users, music or other information, we process information about that activity, including which videos you have watched, your device IDs, your IP address, cookie data and your location;
• If you contact us for any reason, including for technical support for account services, we store the information you provide; and
• We also process the kind of information we’ve listed above when you use any of our services, including ads and analytics

Why we process the information you provide to us

We process this data for the purposes described in our privacy policy, including, but not limited to:

• To verify that you are a real person and not a bot or a machine created algorithm;
• To verify your age in order to ensure minors do not access any inappropriate content;
• To allow you to manage your account and communicate with you about your account and the existing and new services;
• To operate and improve our services;
• For the purposes of fraud prevention;
• To provide, manage and customize advertisements or promotional offers;
• Deliver personalised ads, depending on your account settings

You are in control

We’ll generally only ask you for personal information that is necessary to provide the Bee Mee Services you request. You can choose not to give us personal information we request, but if you decide not to, you may not be able to access certain parts of the Bee Mee platform and some features may not work as intended.
